End-User License Agreement

Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Antique Appraiser ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial appraisal or valuation service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate antique valuations and descriptions. These outputs are estimates for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals. The accuracy, completeness, and reliability of AI-generated content is not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Antique Appraiser and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE APP OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED VALUATIONS.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
