By downloading, installing, or using the Antique Appraiser application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

AI Valuations Disclaimer

All valuations provided by the App are AI-generated estimates for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do NOT constitute certified appraisals, professional valuations, or financial advice. Actual market values may differ significantly. You should consult a certified appraiser for any purchase, sale, or insurance decision.

User Content

By submitting photos through the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the submitted photos
• The photos do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• The content does not violate any applicable laws

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submitting content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED VALUATIONS.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
